6 weeks and a day

Your growing up little man, we've had such a lovely week together we've been to Matlock where you fed in the mines haha little chunk! to grandmas for cuddles, wedding dress shopping, Heaton park with the dogs and ann the day we went searching for Chris brahney, unfortunately he was found yesterday in Manchester canal..so sad...

So sad made me realise how lucky I am to have you and daddy in my life I've sent a message wishing the family lots of love

You've been such a good boy smiling for me and you can nearly sit up your amazing and i love you tons x

4 weeks 4 days old

8lb 8oz ... I couldn't believe it when she told me that's 1lb 4oz in a week amazing how fast your growing but so sad too as I miss you being my tiny little boy.. I still miss my bump with you inside ... I'm so soft getting all teary eyed thinking of everything

Today you have been good and this week getting back into our routine of feed, sleep feed sleep :)
We now wake up at 9pm 11pm then 12pm then 4am then 8am if I'm lucky for the last one :) sometimes you won't settle

You are so cute and everyone says it... We went to Manchester yesterday I had to feed and change you in boots then we wandered about had cuddles and Starbucks by the triangle then met grandma and went to hers for cuddles where you fell asleep on the floor :)

You slept for ages all the way to 11:45 then you wanted food so I fed you and you fell asleep on my chest listening to my heartbeat

Amazing bundle 5lbs15oz

Today was the most stressful but beautiful day of mine and your dads lives...

Amazing so here goes I had pains not the night before 26th :) so we decided to come in and have a check 27th... Whilst here daddy got talking to the midwife who decided to give me a sweep whilst she was checking and then we had to go have my contractions monitored.

While on the machine your heart dropped so i was told i may be induced... Later on kept dropping so they panicked and sent me to labour ward, I had my waters broken and got put on a drip which I have to say was awful I just wanted to cry all the time then contractions came thick and fast at 4cm we had diamorphine which took the edge off but you were determined to hurt me mr! So at 8cm I had to have a epidural daddy pined me down while I had it and within 2 hours I was fully dilated then your heart dropped again so I was told if I couldn't push you out in a hour we would have to have forceps suction or c section so I really really pushed and you took me 10mins to get out,

Me daddy and grandma couldn't believe it, to see you was amazing you opened your eyes and just beamed!

Today has been hard I had to let everyone leave us and I couldn't sleep so I now feel like I've been run over as I'm exhausted but I wouldn't change you for the world!

4:37 you entered this world so in a hour your a day old!

We are sat up as you won't sleep without cuddles :-/
